About Us

00210056I spent some of my most formative years growing up on a family farm.  That is where I learned the value of hard work, as well as where my love of farming began.

I took many different roads before I finally found may way “home” three years ago, when I married my very own farmer.

The family farm was once a dairy, and my husband was the third generation to milk cows. The dairy is not longer operational, but the land continues to be farmed.

Together, my husband and I work the farm and raise produce with potatoes being our major vegetable crop.  We also grow cash crops such as hay, wheat, soy beans and corn.  We have a herd of beef cattle at the farm as well.

Our home is just down the road from the farm.  At our 50 acre homestead, we raise Dachshunds, Corgis, Rhode Island Red laying hens, and have a small herd of Standard and Miniature Jersey Family Cows.

We hope you enjoy this “virtual” tour of some of the animals we raise here in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia.

  4. Hi Teri,

I don’t have any miniature cows or heifers for sale right now. The only thing I have for sale that is miniature, at the time, is a registered bull.

Feel free to email me if you have any questions.

  5. beautiful car! did you restore it?

    • Thank you. The car is actually my father-in-law’s. I believe he bought it from a friend who had restored it.

  6. What a gorgeous site! I will try to visit often!!!

  7. Hi Tammy,
I raise minillams specializing in miniature Argentine Llamas…so am very intrigued by your miniatures. I make homemade cheese and yogurt, but find it difficult to find “real” milk. I would like to learn more about your miniature nubians. Do you have any doelings available? If you go to our website, I think you will have an easy heart as to whether we will take good care of your babies.

    All the best,
    Gayle
